USES AND USE RESTRICTIONS:
Criminal identification by means of fingerprints; determination of a person's
past criminal history, if any; fingerprint identification of missing persons,
unknown deceased persons, unknown living persons and victims of major
disasters; and processing of physical evidence for latent finger and palm
prints. Information must be used for official purposes only and is not
furnished for public dissemination.

requesting organization.
