USES AND USE RESTRICTIONS:

NIST standard reference data aid scientists and engineers by providing reliable evaluated information on the chemical, physical, and other properties of substances and systems. Evaluations are carried out through a network of data centers and projects. Data compilations published, and databases and online systems established by the program are for sale without restriction. There are no specific use restrictions.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant Eligibility:   Federal agencies, universities, industrial laboratories, institutions, firms, corporations, other research establishments, and individuals may purchase databases. Data compilations published and databases established by the program are owned by the Federal government and are for sale subject to copyright restrictions set forth in 15 USC 290.

Beneficiary Eligibility:   Federal agencies, universities, industrial laboratories, institutions, firms, corporations, other research establishments, and individuals may purchase databases.
