12.400 Military Construction, National Guard - Objective: To provide a combat-ready reserve force facilities for training and administering the Army and Air Force National Guard units in the 50 States, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam. 12.401 National Guard Military Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Projects - Objective: Ensures Federal support for services provided by the State for leases, authorized facilities for real property services, real property maintenance, and O & M minor construction costs. 12.404 National Guard Civilian Youth Opportunities - Objective: The Secretary of Defense conducts a National Guard civilian youth opportunities program to provide military-based training. Click here for more information

12.420 Military Medical Research and Development - Objective: To reduce illness and injury among U.S. military personnel on the battlefield through basic and applied medical research. Click here for more information

12.610 Joint Land Use Studies - Objective: To enable the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps to participate in the development and implementation of "Joint Land Use Studies." Click here for more information

12.612 Community Base Reuse Plans - Objective: To assist local governments or States, on behalf of local governments, to conduct community base reuse plans at closing or realigning military installations. Click here for more information

12.613 Growth Management Planning Assistance - Objective: To assist local government or States, on behalf of local governments, to undertake community economic adjustment planning activities to respond to military base opening or expansions. Click here for more information

12.700 Donations/Loans of Obsolete DOD Property - Objective: To donate or lend obsolete combat material to veterans' organizations, soldiers' monument associations, State museums, incorporated museums, and incorporated municipalities. Click here for more information

81.112 Stewardship Science Grant Program - Objective: To increase U.S. efforts in high-energy-density science relevant to stockpile stewardship through funding of small research projects at universities and private sector institutions.
